Our Complete Care Program is a 24/7, hands-on health and care management program for seniors and their busy families.

In addition to managing in-home care services, our Care Managers support chronic and complex medical conditions, ensuring that small details don't lead to more serious safety or health issues.

Our Care Manager coordinates and attends appointments with doctors and specialists and:

- Ensures tests are completed and other preparations are made before the appointment.

- Drives and accompanies our client to the appointment.

- Helps communicate and advocate with the doctor.

- Documents and follows-up on doctor's recommendations.

- Coordinate bloodwork, x-rays and prescription renewals.

- Arrange for special safety equipment like walkers, grab bars, etc.

- Arrange in-home health management visits by a registered nurse.

- Arrange in-home health services like physiotherapy, massage therapy, home support and personal care.
