Libra Seniors has one simple, but important focus – to support overwhelmed families who are caring for their aging parents.  We specialize in providing a complete range of care services for seniors with complex health and memory issues, reassuring their families that they are safe and healthy.

In addition to providing the very best in-home and support services, we offer hands-on care management.  Our care managers are available to attend doctor and specialist appointments, manage changes in medication, make arrangements for blood-work, x-rays and special tests, and make urgent home and hospital visits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  With almost 10 years experience in home health care, we also have the expertise to help families understand the range of specialized medical support services and government health programs that may be available to them.

We are proud to be referred by health care professionals, community support agencies and most importantly, the families and clients for whom we care.
